There's this dim sum place in Singapore that I would totally recommend you guys to go if you're hungry in the middle of the night.
Swee Choon Tim Sum, located at Jalan Besar.

Joeness and I are big fans of dim sum and we love getting our stomachs filled in the middle of the night if we're hungry (that TOTALLY explains why I can't lose my fats now
).
Whenever I visit a dim sum restaurant I never fail to order my favorite Shanghai Xiao Long Bao. But for here, I would not miss out this special unique snack that is only available here and nowhere else.

FRIED MEE SUA~! *roars*
I have tried seeing if any other restaurants have this. But unfortunately this is really only available here. So each time I pass by I never forget to get my hands on this.

Pardon me, food is more important than anything now.

Of cos, my all-time favorite Shanghai Xiao Long Bao (I could totally eat this everyday.)
And *ahemz* for anyone of you who haven't seen my husband, meet Joeness.

The most important man in my life at this moment.
Joeness ordered Hor Fun, another of my favorite chinese food.

To my surprise, other than great dim sum they serve great hor fun too! I don't know how to explain but good hor fun should taste a bit "chao tah" (charred) but there isn't any signs of burnt food in it. This hor fun has it all.
And erm, yes I soak my xiao long baos into vinegar and make sure there's more vinegar than anything else before I eat them up.

I still remembered the other time I went for a xiao long bao feast with Sandra and we both finished half a bottle of vinegar together. I think that waitress's expression when she took away the vinegar is forever in my mind. *LOLs*

Joeness and I are in the mood for desserts and so we ordered a mango-pomelo each. (Too watery for my liking thou
)

I manage to grab one of their name card before I left. They even have a website!

For those who love dim sum like I do and is staying in Singapore, do check this out.
Till next time~
XOXO
